+$100 for custom illustrations) plus signature and credits,
complimentary copy of final product(s), and 1% royalties on gross
sales of all products, merchandise, and/or advertising which uses the image or any part of the image.

Book Illustrations

 – $100 per page w/color, Cover – $150 (Pencils and Inks) *(Add $75 for color) – plus signature and
credits, complimentary copy of final product(s), and 1% royalties on
gross sales of all products, merchandise, and/or advertising which
uses the image or any part of the image.
Includes: Front and back cover, 1 rough layout, and 2 revisions

Portraits
B/W
Waist-up: $90 +$70 for extra person
Head-shot: $60 +$50 for extra person

All consultations require a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total cost of the project.

Payments are usually broken down into thirds. The first is the deposit to start. No work will start until that payment has been made. Once sketches are reviewed and approved, the next payment is due to handle the pencil stage. Once pencils are reviewed and approved, the final payment is due for the inked stage. NO WORK WILL BE DELIVERED WHETHER DIGITALLY OR PHYSICALLY UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE!

Rush/Short notice & Additional requested work fees
Any project which is mandated for completion and delivery in advance of the projected deadline OR has been modified so as to require more time and the target date cannot be changed, will be subject to a 25%-50% Rush Fee.

If requested, jobs can be printed for an additional fee, which is based on the specifications and size of the project

As a small home based crew, items are subject to supplies in stock. Therefore, it may take longer than expected for items to be re-stocked before they can be shipped. Also, artwork that is drawn may take longer than expected before it is shipped. Deadline and delivery dates may vary depending on the project, conditions, life, postmen, the amount of work being produced and a million other things. PLEASE be patient.

Time is money and we all have things to do, so please have all your ideas, needs, and concerns ready at the time of meeting.

I reserve the right to use any of the designs made for promotional purposes only. All designs are copyrighted by me and are expressed intellectual property of the designer and may not be altered and used as original pieces of the client without my consent or royalties paid. If such a case is presented and deemed necessary, proper procedures must be taken in order to transfer all rights and full ownership to the client and or all parties involved.

FINAL WORD

Prices are subject to change based on the project and what it entails. Inquiries concerning issues that have already been addressed here or in an item’s description may not be answered when expected due to business. As the designer I own the copyright of any concepts and non-final artwork, the copyright of all working files, and hold the license to all fonts, stock imagery & elements (unless otherwise stated). By finalizing your order, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to honor all information stated above and in the purchased products description. There’s no need for rudeness and we absolutely REFUSE to deal with people who are abusive or impatient. Konscious Creations reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE! Sales are final!
